Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. Utilize this data to inform design decisions and create user-centric solutions.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and interactions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
- Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand’s visual identity while adhering to best practices in UI design.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Analyze test results and incorporate insights into design improvements.
- Actively participate in the company design system development.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Previous experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Experience documenting and testing components with Storybook.
- Experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
- Familiarity with various user research techniques, including usability testing, A/B testing, Workshops, user interviews, and persona creation.
- Working experience with methodologies such as Design Thinking or Agile.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mix a structured process-centric approach with an out-of-the-box creative mindset;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,
