Techem Xelerate was born with the ambition to digitally transform the real estate sector, a sector that represents almost 40% of global CO2 emissions. By operating one of the largest IoT infrastructures in Europe, with more than 62 million digital devices installed in 13 million homes, the company is already used to working on a large scale. Its mission is clear: to enable consumption measurements and monitoring of equipment that help owners and managers reduce costs, energy consumption, and carbon emissions, without major investments or invasive interventions.
