Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer’s technical requirements of varying complexity;
- Prepare and conduct requirements gathering workshops with customers, including prioritization and mapping onto a roadmap;
- Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements;
- Creating functional specifications for solutions;
- Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts;
- Optimise customer satisfaction and smooth implementation;
- Balance the organization’s big picture (or strategic vision and mission) with day-to-day operations;
- Work closely with Product Owner to create, maintain and prioritize product backlog according to business priorities.
