Job description
We seek a skilled and experienced SAP Sales & Service Cloud Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and migrating Sales & Service Cloud/CX solutions, particularly focusing on integration with SAP S/4HANA and migrating to version 2.0.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and strong functional knowledge to drive successful CRM projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Your Key responsibilities
- Implementation and Configuration
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Sales & Service Cloud solutions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design. Customize and configure Sales & Service applications to meet client-specific requirements
- Design and implement robust integration solutions between SAP C4C and SAP S/4HANA
- Develop and maintain integration points using middleware such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Ensure data consistency and synchronization between SAP Sales & Service and S/4HANA systems.
- Lead the migration to SAP Sales & Service Cloud version 2.0
- Develop migration strategies and plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Perform data migration, including data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation activities.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively. Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Sales & Service Cloud implementations
- Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sales & Service Cloud functionality and integration.
Your Skills and Experience
- In depth experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud implementation and integration project
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
- Hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud version migrations
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices
- Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar middleware tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Nice to have: SAP Sales & Service Cloud certification
- Experience in Agile or Scrum project methodologies
