IOT Architect

You have the opportunity to join our team to face business challenges in a dynamic environment with close collaboration within the team and business stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, build-out and support IT aspects of Internet-of-Things (IoT) environments including lab, Edge Computing, data center and Cloud-based environments that support IoT

  • Build the IoT infrastructure for efficiently sending all required data from the devices and building management systems to the cloud backend, as well as retrieving any configuration data and messages from the backend

  • Architecting technical solutions that support various vehicle network architectures

  • Leading technical design activities in conjunction with Software, Hardware, and Test Validation engineers

  • Ensure global visibility and growth of IoT and help countries to be onboarded

  • Organize the Knowledge Base and knowledge sharing of IoT / Digital Twin deployment best practices

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Relevant work and experience in designing IoT solutions and running respective platforms (e.g., IoT Central, IoT Core, Google IoT Core, etc…)

  • Knowledge of software, operating systems, server operation, and programming languages (C, C++, JSON, Java, Python) essentials

  • Experience working with IoT solutions (1-Wire, RS-232/RS-485, Modbus, MQTT, TLS) and secure Cloud based systems (AWS, Azure) would be an advantage

  • IoT Device knowledge (Gateway, Sensor), experience with “Firmware Over The Air” (FOTA) Updates and device management

  • Be familiar with agile methodology;

  • Good communication and facilitation skills;

  • English skills, both written and spoken.
